Having experienced both the scrappy, figure-it-out stage of early companies and the scale of global enterprise, he founded Aperis Technologies Inc. to focus on the work he finds most rewarding: rolling up his sleeves with clients to apply technology and AI to real-world problems.
He enjoys the practical side of adoption—helping leaders cut through the noise, test ideas quickly, and build working AI workflows that solve everyday challenges. Alongside his hands-on client work, Afshin serves as an independent advisor to founders, leadership teams, and boards.
